Angel of the Holy Grail

Irisviel and Saber from Fate/Zero artwork design. This was a colabration with Mysti Nin Studio. We did a Lot of research on wings and how they work and look. These wings are articulated! These photos are at their resting posistion but when extended go as far as a 13 foot wing span! We also did a lot of research on materials. Each set of wings weights a total of 4lbs! When it was windy it felt like we could fly!
The dresses were a love/hate relationship. Super pretty silk for the full angelic flow and copper metallic vinyl on the trim. They turned out beautiful though and our performance at NDK went well overall.
